Pricing

The price is not fixed yet. The structure is.

We are settling the numbers right now with the first businesses. What we can already say today: what the price is made of, why it is built that way, and what is included in every case.

The structure, explained

Three parts, and each has a reason

The price is made up of three parts. On the quote you see separately what you are paying for what.

01

Base fee

Per business, regardless of headcount — it carries the installation register, the compliance chain, the retention and the support.

02

Seats, graded by role

A full seat for the office, the master electrician and the safety adviser, and a considerably cheaper field seat for electricians and apprentices.

03

Value component

Per installation on file and per certificate issued — safety verification certificate, periodic inspection, subsidy file. It grows with the business, not with the workforce.

Why not simply a price per seat?

Because a pure per-seat price rewards a business for leaving the field staff out — and that is exactly the use the value depends on. A job report written on the apprentice's phone saves the office an evening. A business should be better off for that, not penalised.

That is why the field seat is cheap, and why the third part hangs off the work on file rather than off headcount.

Onboarding

Onboarding is a line of its own, and we name it openly

Migration, setup and training on site appear separately on the quote — not hidden in the running price and not given away.

  • Migration: customers, properties and open items from your existing program, plus the installations and certificates you already keep.
  • Setup: roles and permissions, templates for the quote, the job report and the invoice, inspection intervals, handover to your accounting.
  • Training on site: once with the office, once with the crew — on your own jobs, not on sample data.

It is a mark of quality, not a surcharge: a business that does not pay for onboarding does not get onboarded either.

What applies now

You get a firm quote when we talk

We are settling the level of the three parts right now with the first businesses. A number that stands on this page today and is taken back in three months costs more trust than it brings in.

Tell us how many people work in the office and how many are out on the road, and how many installations you keep. Then we will work out your price and put it in writing — with the term, the onboarding and everything that goes with it.

What is included in every case

Five things that do not depend on the price

Data held in Switzerland and the EU

Your data sits here. With cantonal and municipal clients that is a hard requirement.

revDSG

Access, correction and deletion are built in, not bolted on afterwards.

Retention under OR Art. 958f

Ten years for the books, and the certificates stay within reach for as long as they count.

An export of your data when you leave

Complete and in open formats, without renegotiation and without a surcharge.

Swiss support

You speak to somebody who knows what an inspection interval is.

Common questions

What businesses want to know beforehand

We work with another program. How does the switch go?
Through the onboarding. We take over customers, properties and open items from the existing program and set up the installations you keep. For a while you run both in parallel, until the numbers on both sides agree. Switching the old one off is the last step, not the first.
Is there a trial period?
A pilot, not a free account. Four weeks, one real case from your business — a round of inspections, a building site or a PV system — from first entry to the paid invoice. A free account goes cold after three days because nobody puts real work into it, and afterwards you know nothing you did not know before.
What happens if we grow?
Seats are added, and they fall away again when somebody leaves. You are billed for what was actually in use. The base fee stays as it is — it hangs off the business, not off headcount. What grows with the business is the value component, and it only grows if you keep more installations and issue more certificates.
How long am I tied in for?
The term is in the quote, and we keep it short. What you will not find with us is a notice period tied to a cut-off date that is easy to miss, after which it quietly runs on for another year.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it with you. Master data, documents, job reports, readings, certificates and attachments, complete and in open formats. It costs nothing and does not have to be negotiated — it is part of what you are paying for anyway.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, with a QR-bill, annually or quarterly, whichever suits your accounting. We do not ask for a credit card.
