The job report is finished on site
Hours, materials and the work description are entered by the electrician where he knows them, and it is signed on the device. Typing it up in the evening falls away — not because anyone types faster, but because nobody records the same thing twice.
The materials are already on the job
What was taken from stock or ordered from the wholesaler hangs off the job instead of sitting in delivery notes and day-work sheets. Gathering it all up before the invoice falls away.
The invoice comes out of the job report
Line items, hours and materials are recorded before anybody thinks about the invoice. The document takes them over. It is still checked by hand; it is just no longer written.
The incoming payment matches itself
The bank supplies camt, and the payment finds its document via the QR reference. What is unambiguous is posted; what does not add up is what still gets looked at — instead of the whole statement.
