The installation as a dossier
A job is finished in two weeks. An electrical installation lives for forty years. Everything that happens to it in those forty years belongs in one place — and stays findable there long after the electrician who did the work has left the firm.
Five jobs, three electricians, two owners — one installation.
Why that is the difference
A job has a beginning and an end. It gets billed, filed and it is gone. The installation stays: it is built, extended, measured, certified and inspected again years later. In between, a PV system goes on the roof and later a charging point into the garage.
File jobs only, and next time you are searching through eight folders. Keep the installation, and you open one dossier.
What hangs off the installation
Not as an attachment on a job, but on the installation itself — findable without knowing which job it was back then.
Every circuit with what was measured last time. You see the old values next to today's instead of hunting for them.
Stored per municipality from the ElCom register. You do not have to look up where the safety verification certificate goes.
Which one was issued, by whom, under which authorisation and when. The authorisation and its expiry date hang off it.
1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 years under the NIV, depending on the type of installation. The due date sits on the installation, not in a calendar next to it.
The installation belongs to a property, the property to an owner or a property manager. When the manager changes, the installation stays the same.
Board photos, schematics, test reports, correspondence. Taken on site, filed on the installation.
Provable
A dossier is worth only as much as the trust in it. So every entry is recorded with a timestamp and never overwritten — who changed what, and when, stays visible.
The periodic inspection
The grid operator writes to the owner at the latest six months before the inspection interval expires — not to you. The owner then gets quotes in. Whoever comes first gets the job.
We will show you what its dossier looks like — with your properties, your grid operator, your deadlines.
