Feature overview
Anyone choosing software compares — and wants a list for that, not a story. Here it is: eleven areas, from the phone call through the measurement and the certificate to the reminder. All of it is built and running.
What comes in becomes an order, gets a date and a crew. Who placed it and when stays in the header — still there in two years, when somebody asks.
The Rapport is written where the work happens, and the customer signs it on the phone. The hours are clocked instead of being guessed at on Friday.
The values travel from the instrument into the protocol instead of through the keyboard a second time. Which certificates an order needs is proposed for you — and whoever did the work may not sign it off.
The three are the same Beleg with a different kind, so they are the same editor too. What the customer sees, they see through a link and sign on whatever device is in their hand.
The bank statement is held against the open invoices, the dunning ladder keeps climbing, and the construction lien deadline speaks up before it runs out. Your accounting stays where it is.
Not a second set of books: the figures come from the Belege, the hours and the stock that are recorded anyway. No chart of accounts, no opening balance.
The catalogue says what a socket costs, the stock says whether one is in the van, and the weekly reconciliation says whether what was delivered was also billed.
In an apartment block those are three different people. Property management, general contractor and tenant hang off the Objekt and not off the order — which is why they are still there long after the order is filed.
E-mail, WhatsApp and the form on your website land in the same list. What there is to say about an order is said on the order, not in a group chat nobody can find again.
The supplier invoice is read rather than retyped, the Rapport dictated on the drive home. Plenty is suggested; nothing goes out without you.
Work continues in a basement with no signal and syncs later. Who sees what is decided by the role: the Monteur sees his orders, not the margin.
How to read this list
The list was read off the software itself and not off the concept: off the navigation a role is shown, and off what actually answers behind it. What is only planned sits on the Integrations page and carries the word «planned» there. And what you do not need does not have to stay: tasks, appointments, Pikett, construction projects, compliance, work packages, branches and the stock are each switched on or off by the Betrieb itself — switched off they disappear from the menu, and the data stays where it is.
